Goals for the New Year
As one reflects on the year gone by, it's easy to see how things could be improved. The new year provides opportunities for a fresh start; a new beginning. There are several things I would like to improve on in 2008.
These are my five goals for 2008. Happy New Year!
- Eat less fast food and eat healthier.
- Spend more time with my friends and family.
- Learn to Salsa dance as a means of exercise.
- Worry less.
- Spend less time on the Internet and phone.
