Goals for the New Year

As one reflects on the year gone by, it's easy to see how things could be improved. The new year provides opportunities for a fresh start; a new beginning. There are several things I would like to improve on in 2008.

  1. Eat less fast food and eat healthier.
  2. Spend more time with my friends and family.
  3. Learn to Salsa dance as a means of exercise.
  4. Worry less.
  5. Spend less time on the Internet and phone.

These are my five goals for 2008. Happy New Year!

Your website/work is BEAUTIFUL!! I don't know about your other goals, but #1 is totally doable! lol I know because I did it! I wittled down to limiting myself to just Taco Bell, then after a while, just kept all of the ingredients for my favorite Taco Bell foods at home. That way it was easier to say "No, I'll wait 'til I get home and make it myself". Good luck!
