I had the pleasure of shooting Kaden's three month pictures on Saturday.

Ryan & Kali

I first met Ryan and Kali back in June for their engagement shoot. We had so much fun, and their pictures are just beautiful. They were up for anything.

Then Kali emailed me about shooting their wedding on October 3rd. What a wonderful day--my birthday! I was super excited to do something very different for my birthday.

Their wedding was fun, unique and sweet. This was the first time that I had groomsmen that were "super" excited to take pictures. (look at the groomsmen group photo--how fun). You can see the love these two have for one another and the love they have for their family.

Thank you Ryan & Kali for sharing your day with me. I had a great time.

I VOTED!

(NO--I did not vote for Willie--just thought it was fitting for this post)

I went to early vote on Monday--and they were closed. Good thing they were closed--because I really still did not know who I wanted to vote for.

You see--I do not support either candidate. I really wish we could "disqualify" both candidates and start over.

So I voted for the lesser of two evils (or in my mind I did). The line was short, however, I had to use paper ballot. After marking a couple of boxes, I wanted to tear it up and start over. But you could give me a hundred and I would still be indecisive about who to vote for.

Many people fought for ALL Americans to have a voice...Be sure to exercise your right to vote!

Inauguration Day 2009

Last January I started planning a "once in a lifetime" trip to Washington, D.C. to attend the 2009 Presidential Inauguration.

Myself along with four of my colleagues/friends will be taking 45 students on this historic trip.

We leave in 87 days!

I have noticed that I have blog reader(s) from the District of Columbia. Share your knowledge on the weather, how we should dress to stay warm :), great eating places, etc.

Halloween Mini Session

I had a fun filled session on Saturday! It was my first experience to photograph a Halloween session. This little guy was full of energy and kept me laughing!

Since I had such a good time...I am offering a Halloween Mini Session this Saturday.

Kali Havard

After much discussion, Kali said she had found the perfect place for her bridal session. It was indeed the perfect place! I was kind of worried as we drove, and drove, and drove down the back roads of seemed to be road to no where...but we came to a long driveway, with a breathtaking landscape.

It was indeed a perfect place. We had perfect weather and a beautiful bride...the recipe for a perfect session.

Kali, I had a wonderful time. You are absolutely beautiful.
